Chico Bryant

Founder / CEO

Chico Bryant is a native of Jersey City, NJ. He attended New Jersey City University, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. His first taste of the entertainment industry was in the early 90’s, when he was an intern at both Uptown MCA Records and Def Jam Records, serving as an Assistant to A&R for Marketing and Promotions.

He later started his own entertainment management company, managing an array of talents including singers, producers, and engineers. Chico always had a love and passion for film and television; he appeared in several independent films and worked as an extra for various films, commercials, and television shows. With the launch of United Venture Productions, Chico plans to make films that inform, inspire, and unite, recognizing that we are stronger together.

Anthony Lofton

Anthony Lofton was born in Jersey City, New Jersey. From his youth he was always a creator. Coming from the world of illustration and animation, the arts were always a passion. Anthony saw film as another way to express himself, having had the opportunity to work as an inker and cell painter before graduating high school.

He was inspired to pursue a career in computer graphics and special effects. Anthony attended New Jersey City University (NJCU) and received a BFA in Digital Design and Illustration. He worked in post-production before venturing into the world of independent cinema. After working on several independent films in various capacities—camera operator, gaffer, and cinematographer—Anthony decided to take the leap and make his own films, with the goal to create cinematic works that inspire and capture the hearts of the people.

Fain is an award-winning producer, cinematographer, and writer with more than two decades of experience in documentary and narrative filmmaking. His background in true crime includes embedding with the Little Rock homicide division for A&E’s Crime 360, bringing firsthand perspective to stories rooted in real investigation and the complexities behind them.

He also produces and shoots independent short films and consults on developing projects across narrative and documentary. He came up through music videos and live events — an early foundation that continues to shape his visual rhythm and approach to performance. Across formats, his work often explores the space between fact and perception, a throughline from television true crime to independent narrative film.

Fain has served on the board of multiple Kansas City independent film nonprofits and remains active in the regional filmmaking community.

Fisk Street Films

Bill Hampton

Documentary Film Producer

Bill Hampton is the owner of Fisk Street Films and an independent documentary film producer focused on character-driven, investigative storytelling. With a commitment to social justice and amplifying marginalized voices, Bill brings a wealth of experience to every project.

His work on “Unpunished” represents his dedication to documentaries that expose truth and advocate for change. Bill’s collaborative approach and keen eye for compelling narratives make him an invaluable member of the United Venture Productions team.

Sean “Excel” Lindsay is a multidisciplinary creative specializing in video editing, camera operation, and graphic design. With over five years of experience transforming raw footage into polished masterpieces, Sean has established himself as a master of visual storytelling.

From a young age, Sean harbored a fervent dream of becoming an artist—a dream he has since realized and elevated to new heights as a multi-talented creative force. His journey into design began with humble yet ambitious roots, culminating in the creation of captivating logos, striking posters, and innovative digital art.

What sets Sean apart is his unwavering commitment to perfection, understanding that the small intricacies elevate a design from good to extraordinary. His keen eye for detail and innate ability to evoke emotion through visual storytelling have earned him a reputation as a visionary artist.
